The Society often hears about wombats that have come into care for a variety of reasons, animals that have been injured, are sick, or joeys that have been orphaned. Sadly many of these animals are dying or becoming severly compromised.

 

Although many people take these animals into care with the best intentions, the care given to these animals isn't always appropriate and the animals condition fails, so in this section of our website you can find information that can help you learn about the care of wombats.
